We will inform you of when the balance is required at the time of booking and will call to remind you if need be closer to the event.
We will be happy to supply you with complementary entry tickets to encourage clients to come along to the fair - just drop us an email requesting them
If you have requested a talk, we will let you know 4 weeks prior to the event if we have been able to fit you in - your time slot and how much time we have given you - a half or full hour.
We will supply - a 6' x 6' space, - one 6' (approx) table, 2 x chairs, either a display board or a wall behind you for posters etc, a listing in our leaflet. Please take your own table covering and it always looks better to have the front of your table covered also.
We will have an exhibitors leaflet table at the fair and you will be able to put your leaflets on this table - only leaflets from exhibitors will be accepted. - unless see *8
If you are unable to attend the fair - we will - for a cost of £10 display your leaflets on our table and give you a listing in our leaflet and talk programme as Exhibitor not present
Set up for the Inverness Exhibition is available in the evening of the 27th after 7.30pm - (if you have large stocks it is advisable to set up at this time as the car park will be very busy on the Saturday morning), and on the morning of the 28th after 9am. If you are exhibiting on the Sunday 29th only - you will gain entry after 10am.
Stalls must be set up by 11am at the latest and must not be dismantled until 5.30pm for health and safety reasons.
Entry can be gained from the Car Park of the Ramada Jarvis Hotel and Exhibitors will have free parking, however this is subject to availablity and there is a carpark nearby on Rose street which has reasonably priced parking.

Great news for exhibitors - we are providing a chill out room next to the main exhibiting area where you can have a relaxing break and tea or coffee at 60p each.
